Line row &2 security level not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The minimum security level for line row &2 is greater than the maximum security level for the same row. The minimum security level must be less than or equal to the maximum security level within the same row.
Recovery . . . : Specify a minimum security level for line row &2 that is less than or equal to the maximum security level for line row &2, and then try the command again. Security levels are *NONSECURE, *PKTSWTNET, *UNDGRDCBL, *SECURECND, *GUARDCND, *ENCRYPTED, and *MAX in an arrangement of least to most protected.
