Local location name and local identifier not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The local location name (LCLLOCNAME parameter) and local identifier (LCLID parameter) can be specified only if remote verify (RMTVFY parameter) is specified as yes (*YES).
Recovery . . . : Remove the values specified for the local location name and local identifier, or change remote verify to *YES. Then try the request again.
