Remote control point name not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The remote control point name (RMTCPNAME parameter) cannot be specified when remote network identifier (RMTNETID parameter) is none (*NONE), or the linktype (LINKTYPE parameter) is OptiConnect (*OPC).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the remote control point name or specify the remote network identifier value. Then try the request again.
