Logical channel identifier &1 entry cannot be removed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The logical channel entry with identifier &1 cannot be removed because there is currently a controller description attached to this logical channel.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Line Description (DSPLIND) command to see what is currently specified for this line description, then do one of the following and try the request again:
-- If the logical channel entry with identifier &1 is to be removed, the attached controller description must be deleted (DLTCTLD command).
-- If the logical channel entry is not intended to be removed, add the logical channel entry to the command, specifying identifier &1 and type permanent virtual circuit (*PVC).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Before removing a logical channel entry that is attached to a controller description, the controller description must be deleted.
