X.25 inactivity timer not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The X.25 inactivity timer (X25INACTMR parameter) can be specified only when the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is X.25 (*X25) and the X.25 link protocol (LINKPCL parameter) is enhanced logical link control (*ELLC).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the X.25 inactivity timer or change the X.25 link protocol to *ELLC, then try the request again.
