Message : CPD2791
Double byte character set feature not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value that was specified for the double byte character set (DBCS) feature (IGCFEAT parameter) was not correct. The value for the IGCFEAT parameter must be 10 characters in length. Characters 1-6 are called device features. Characters 7-10 are called the last code point.
Recovery . . . : Change the wrong IGCFEAT parameter values for either the device features or last code point, and then try the request again. The CL topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, contains more information about parameter values.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The device feature characters are:
-- Characters 1-2 is the row specification for an extension character table matrix. The valid range for this area is 16-32.
-- Characters 3-4 is the column specification for an extension character table matrix. The valid range for this area is 16-32.
-- Character 5 is the language identifier. This must be a value as specified in your documentation.
-- Character 6 in device features is the direct-access storage size. The correct values are 0, 1, 2, or 4.
The last code point values are:
-- Characters 1-2 must be in the hexadecimal range of 41 to FF.
-- Characters 3-4 must be in the hexadecimal range of 41 to FE.
