Dial retry not allowed for link type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The dial retry (DIALRTY parameter) is allowed only for bisynchronous (BSC) controllers or when the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is synchronous data link control (*SDLC) or asynchronous (*ASYNC).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for dial retry, then try the request again.
