Line &23 vary on failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A configuration error was found by the system. The vary on failed. The reason code is &1. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
--00002006: Input/output processor (IOP) type conflict.
--0000200E: Protocol conflict between input/output adapter (IOA) and line description &23 or the protocol is not supported on this IOP.
--00002014: Conflict between IOA type and physical interface specified in line description &23.
--00002015: Cable is missing, cable is faulty, or the cable is not compatible with the IOA and the physical interface specified in line description &23.
--00002016: The IOA cannot be used with this IOP.
--00002073: Aggregated resource &24 is not link aggregate capable.
--00002140: The emulated LAN name is not unique for the lines attached to the NWI.
Recovery . . . : Reason codes and their recoveries follow. Do one of the following and then try the request again:
--00002006: Use the Work with Hardware Resources (WRKHDWRSC) command to display the hardware information. Find the resource name for the corresponding communications line to be varied on. Verify that the resource name is the same as the resource name specified in line description &23. If the resource name specified in line description &23 corresponds to the resource name found for the communications line, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
--0000200E: Using the appropriate change line description command, change the resource name in line description &23 to correspond to a port that matches the protocol of line description &23. If the resource name is correct then this protocol is not supported on this IOP.
--00002014: Either change the physical interface value (INTERFACE parameter) to match the IOA type associated with the resource name specified in line description &23 by deleting and creating the line, or change the resource name to correspond to an IOA that matches the specified physical interface.
--00002015: Attach the correct type of cable to the IOA.
--00002016: Correct the hardware configuration. Then try the request again.
--00002073: Remove non-aggregated resource &24 from line description &23.
--00002140: Ensure that the emulated LAN name is unique among all the lines attached to this NWI.
