Vary Configuration error occurred during IPL.

Recovery . . . : Display the QSYSARB job log (DSPJOBLOG command) to determine the problem. Correct the problem and use the VRYCFG command to vary on the NWI ,line, controller, or device description that had the vary error. For network server descriptions (NWSDs), or lines, controllers, or devices attached to an NWSD, display the QSYSCOMM1 job log for additional messages. For APPC devices, check the QLUS job log for additional messages.
