Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A character identifier (CHRID parameter) can only be specified if the AFP attachment (AFPATTACH parameter) is *APPC, or the host print transform function has been enabled (TRANSFORM parameter is *YES).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for character identifier, and then try the request again.
