Short hold mode valid only for switched SDLC controllers.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Short hold mode (SHM parameter) can be specified only when the link type (LINKTYPE parameter) is *SDLC and switched line (SWITCHED parameter) is *YES.
Recovery . . . : Remove the short hold mode value specified. Then try the request again.
