Cause . . . . . : Redial delay (REDIALDLY parameter) can be specified only if switched connection (SWITCHED parameter) is *YES or switched network backup (SNBU parameter) is *YES and short hold mode (SHM parameter) is *NO.
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for redial delay, and then try the request again.
