Cause . . . . . : Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command failed because the system was trying to vary on a controller description for the same remote system address at the same time. See the description of reason code &1 for more information.
00002229 -- One or more of the following values does not match the values used in the controller description being created and varied on by the system: switched line list (SWTLINLST parameter), remote network identifier (RMTNETID parameter), or remote CP name (RMTCPNAME parameter).
00002230 -- The system is trying to automatically vary on the same system-controlled controller description.
00002231-- The system is trying to automatically create and vary on on an APPC controller description with the same remote system address as this user-controlled controller description.
Recovery . . . : No action is required for any of the listed reason codes. The system will automatically vary on a controller description appropriate for the connection.
If you want to stop automatic creation of controller descriptions, use the Change Line Description (Token-Ring Network) (CHGLINTRN) or Change Line Description (Ethernet) (CHGLINETH) command to specify AUTOCRTCTL(*NO).
If you want to stop automatic vary on of system-controlled controller descriptions, use the Change APPC Controller (CHGCTLAPPC) command to specify CTLOWN(*USER).
