MRT maximum cannot be greater than &1.

Cause . . . . . : The multiple requestor terminals (MRT maximum) value of &2 is greater than the maximum MRT value &1 specified for the program when it was last compiled.
Recovery . . . : If an increase in the maximum MRT value is required, compile the program again with the desired MRT value.
