DEV(*PHYFILE) and device parameters cannot be used together.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The FROMLABEL, CRTDATE, SEQNBR, VOL, and ENDOPT parameters cannot be specified when *PHYFILE is specified for the device name (DEV) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either change the DEV parameter value or remove the parameter values specified for the FROMLABEL, CRTDATE, SEQNBR, VOL, or ENDOPT parameters.
