System cannot restore a set of files from a physical file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : *SET was specified for the TOFILE parameter to restore a set of files, and *PHYFILE was specified for the DEV parameter. A set of files can only be restored from a diskette or tape.
Recovery . . . : To restore a file from a physical file, specify the name of the file on the TOFILE parameter, specify *PHYFILE on the DEV parameter, and specify the name of the physical file on the PHYFILE parameter. To restore a set of files, specify *SET on the TOFILE parameter and specify the name of the diskette or tape device on the DEV parameter.
