System cannot save multiple files to physical files.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The *ALL value or a generic file name was specified for the FROMFILE parameter to save multiple files, and the *PHYFILE value was specified for for the DEV parameter. Multiple files can only be saved to diskette or tape.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- To save a single file to a physical file, specify the name of the file for the FROMFILE parameter, the *PHYFILE value on the DEV parameter, and the name of the physical file for the PHYFILE parameter.
-- To save multiple files to diskette or tape, specify either the *ALL value or a generic file name for the FROMFILE parameter, and the name of the a diskette or tape device for the DEV parameter.
