File &1 was not restored to library &2 from set &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The embedded control record created when the file was saved on a System/36 contains data that is not valid. This data is used to create the new file. Error code &4 shown below describes the reason for the failure.
11 - The library, member, or file name is not valid.
12 - The specified creation date is not valid.
13 - The System/36 file type is not valid.
14 - The record length is not valid.
15 - The key length, key position, or number of the key fields is not valid.
16 - The allocation size or extent size is not valid.
Recovery . . . : This file can not be restored using the Restore System/36 File (RSTS36F) command. Save the file again as a single file. Then use the RSTS36F command to restore the single saved file.
