Field name matches alias of another field being used.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The field definition cannot be selected. The name matches the alias of another field already used in the record format. The field definition names and alias for all fields used by a record format definition must be unique.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following and then try the request again:
-- Select a different field definition.
-- Create a field definition with a different name.
-- From the record format, remove the field whose alias matches the name of the field definition that you are trying to select.
