Dictionary and file parameters have conflicting values.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You are attempting to do an unlink operation, but the data dictionary parameter (DTADCT) and the file parameter (FILE) on the LNKDTADFN command contain conflicting values.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again.
-- Specify *ALL for the FILE parameter when specifying a name for the DTADCT parameter. All files linked to the specified data directory will be unlinked.
-- Omit the DTADCT parameter when specifying a name (other than *ALL) for the FILE parameter. Only the specified file will be unlinked.
