CPD2EEC: Database files are affected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You are attempting to change, delete, or rename a file definition that is linked to a database file or used by a file definition that is linked to a database file. The definition cannot be changed, deleted, or renamed.
Recovery . . . : If the database file is program-described, use the Link Data Definition (LNKDTADFN) command to unlink the file. Changes made to the definition may result in a definition with characteristics that are different from the characteristics of the file. This would prevent the file from linking to the definition again.
If the database file is externally described, the operation cannot be completed unless the file is deleted.
