TYPE(&2) not allowed with FILEATR value specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified on the TYPE parameter is not allowed with the value specified on the FILEATR parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Change the value on the FILEATR parameter to *ALL.
-- Change the value on the FILEATR parameter to a value that is allowed for the value specified on the TYPE parameter.
-- Change the value on the TYPE parameter to a value that is allowed for the value specified on the FILEATR parameter.
