Cannot allocate depended-on files.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The program was not able to allocate depended-on files &6 in &3 or &6 in &4. File &5 in &4 is dependent on file &6 in &4. File &6 in &3 must be a duplicate of file &6 in &4 to create file &1 in &3 as a duplicate of &5 in &4. One of the depended-on files is allocated by another job or another thread within your job.
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKOBJLCK command to find out which job or thread within your job has allocated one of the depended-on files. Wait for the file to become available; then try the CRTDUPOBJ command again.
