Access path maintenance not valid for file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The access path maintenance for file &1 in library &2 cannot be changed as specified on the MAINT parameter. The access path maintenance of *REBLD or *DLY is not valid for unique keyed-access-path files. The maintenance value cannot be changed for protected system files.
Recovery . . . : Specify the correct access path maintenance in the MAINT parameter value and try the request again.
