FRCRATIO ignored for file &1 in &2.

Cause . . . . . : A force-write ratio of &3 was specified on the FRCRATIO parameter for logical file &1 in library &2. This value is greater than the force-write ratio of &4 used for its based-on files. A force-write ratio of zero indicates that FRCRATIO(*NONE) was specified.
No recovery is necessary because a force-write ratio of &4 is being used for logical file &1 in library &2.
