SIZE value not valid for file &1, reason &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A change file operation on file &1 in library &2 could not be performed for reason &3. The reason codes follow:
1 -- The SIZE(*NOMAX) parameter is currently in effect for the file being changed and a nonzero value was specified for the increment number of records and/or maximum number of increments.
2 -- The increment number of records and the maximum number of increments are not both zero or not both nonzero.
3 -- The specified maximum size for the file is greater than 2,147,483,646 records.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following for reason code 1:
-- Do not specify a value for the increment number of records and/or maximum number of increments. The SIZE(*NOMAX) parameter will stay in effect for the file.
-- Specify a value for the initial number of records in addition to the increment number of records and/or maximum number of increments.
Do one of the following for reason code 2:
-- Do not specify a value for the increment number of records and/or maximum number of increments.
-- Specify values for the increment number of records and the maximum number of increments so that both are either zero or both are nonzero.
Do one of the following for reason code 3:
-- Specify values for the SIZE parameter so that the initial number of records plus (the increment number of records times the maximum number of increments), is not greater than 2,147,483,646 records.
-- Specify the SIZE(*NOMAX) parameter if the ALLOCATE(*NO) parameter is currently in effect for the file being changed or if the file is being changed to ALLOCATE(*NO).
