CCSID for member &3 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : CCSIDs &4 and &5 were specified for member &3 file &1 in library &2. One or both of the CCSIDs are not valid for reason &6. The reason codes are:
1 - The CCSID is not a valid CCSID.
2 - CCSID 0 is not a valid CCSID.
5 - Data not valid for specified CCSIDs.
6 - Data (double byte shift characters) not valid for specified CCSIDs.
8 - Conversion not defined for specified CCSIDs.
9 - The CCSIDs specified may have caused data to be lost.
Recovery . . . : Specify a different CCSID or use the default CCSID for the member, and try to change the member again.
