The duplicate key ordering attribute is not valid with change request.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Logical file &3 in library &4 has FIFO or LIFO duplicate key ordering attribute. This attribute conflicts with the request to change the based-on physical file &1 in library &2 to reuse deleted records.
Recovery . . . : If FIFO or LIFO duplicate key ordering attribute is required for the logical file, then do not change the physical file to reuse deleted records. If FIFO or LIFO duplicate key ordering attribute is not required for the logical file, then delete the logical file and create it again without the FIFO or LIFO duplicate key ordering attribute. Then try to change the physical file again.
