Duplicate key ordering attribute is not valid with change request.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to change physical file &1 in library &2 to reuse deleted records, but the physical file is keyed and has FIFO or LIFO duplicate key ordering attribute. Deleted records in the file cannot be reused when the file has a duplicate key ordering attribute of FIFO or LIFO.
Recovery . . . : If FIFO or LIFO duplicate key ordering attribute is required for the file, then do not change the file to reuse deleted records. If FIFO or LIFO duplicate key ordering is not required attribute for the file then delete the file and recreate it without the FIFO or LIFO duplicate key ordering attribute. Then try to change the file again.
