Constraint cannot be displayed for file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The constraint &4 cannot be displayed for file &1 in library &2. The constraint was not displayed because of errors. The reason code is &3. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
01 - See previous messages.
02 - All file locks were not acquired.
03 - The constraint name was not valid.
04 - Constraint cannot be found.
05 - Constraint is not a referential constraint.
06 - File logically damaged.
07 - Constraint not in check pending.
08 - Constraint is not disabled.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following based on the reason code shown, and then try the request again.
01 - Correct the error stated in the previous error message.
02 - File and Library in use.
03 - Correct the constraint name and try the request again.
04 - Use an existing constraint name and try the request again.
05 - Can only display referential constraints.
06 - Remove constraint using RMVPFCST, then add the constraint
again using ADDPFCST.
07 - Can only display constraints that are in check pending.
08 - Constraint must be disabled before using DSPCPCST.
