FORMTYPE parameter not allowed with diskette parameters.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The FORMTYPE parameter is only correct for print files, and cannot be used with the VOL, LABEL, EXCHTYPE, and CODE parameters that are only correct for diskette files.
Recovery . . . : Either change the FORMTYPE parameter to its default value or change the VOL, LABEL, EXCHTYPE, and CODE parameters to their default values. Then try the request again.
