Cause . . . . . : PRTSEQ(*NEXT) cannot be specified on the CHGSPLFA command unless one or more of the following is true:
-- The output queue where the spooled file resides is defined as AUTCHK(*DTAAUT) and the user has *READ, *ADD, and *DLT rights to it.
-- The output queue where the spooled file resides is defined as AUTCHK(*OWNER) and the user is the owner of the queue.
-- The user has *JOBCTL authority (SPCAUT(*JOBCTL)) and the output queue is operator controllable (OPRCTL(*YES)).
-- The user has *SPLCTL authority (SPCAUT(*SPLCTL)).
Recovery . . . : Either change the PRTSEQ parameter to the default value, or obtain the correct authority from the security officer or the owner of the output queue and try the request again.
