DEV parameter conflicts with OUTQ parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The DEV parameter was used to specify a printer name at the same time that the OUTQ parameter was used to specify an output queue name.
Recovery . . . : Perform one of the following actions: remove either the DEV or the OUTQ parameter; specify OUTQ(*DEV); or specify DEV(*OUTQ).
