&1 parameter not changeable for spooled file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The spooled file you are trying to change with the Change Spooled File Attributes (CHGSPLFA) command does not allow the &1 parameter to be changed. This is due to the spooled file's device type, or because of the contents of the data stream.
Recovery . . . : Try the CHGSPLFA command again without specifying the parameter &1.
