Not authorized to change expiration date for spooled file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user does not have the correct authority to change the expiration date for spooled file &1 number &2 in job &5/&4/&3 created on system &6 on &10 during a save or restore operation.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer or the object owner give the user the authority needed to change the expiration date. The user is authorized if one or more of the following are true:
-- The user is the owner of the spooled file.
-- The user has spool control authority (SPCAUT(*SPLCTL)).
-- The user has job control authority (SPCAUT(*JOBCTL)) and the output queue &8 in library &9 containing the spooled file is operator controllable (OPRCTL(*YES)).
-- The user has *ADD, *DLT, and *READ rights to output queue &8 in library &9 containing the spooled file and the queue is defined as AUTCHK(*DTAAUT).
-- The user is the owner of output queue &8 in library &9 containing the spooled file and the queue is defined as AUTCHK(*OWNER).
