CVRATR parameter cannot be specified with PTF number.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The cover letter attributes (CVRATR) parameter cannot be specified when program temporary fix (PTF) numbers are specified on the PTF numbers to select (SELECT) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either specify *ALL on the CVRATR parameter or do not specify PTF numbers on the SELECT parameter. Then try the request again.
