Object precondition &2 active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : PTF &1 cannot be temporarily applied or removed immediately when object &2 in library &3 type &4 is in use by another job.
Recovery . . . : First, use the WRKOBJLCK command until you can determine which job has the object locked. (You may need to retry this command several times.) Next, end that job (ENDJOB command), or wait until the job no longer holds the lock on the object. Then try the request again.
