OMITLIB parameter not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The OMITLIB parameter is not allowed for one of the following reasons:
-- If this is the Save Library (SAVLIB) command, then the OMITLIB parameter is allowed only when the value for the LIB parameter is specified as *ALLUSR, *IBM or *NONSYS.
-- If this is the Save Changed Object (SAVCHGOBJ) command, then the OMITLIB parameter is allowed only when the value for the LIB parameter is specified as *ALLUSR.
-- If this is the Restore Library (RSTLIB) command, then the OMITLIB parameter is allowed only when the value for the SAVLIB parameter is specified as *ALLUSR, *IBM or *NONSYS.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Do not specify the OMITLIB parameter.
-- Specify LIB(*ALLUSR) for the SAVCHGOBJ command.
-- Specify LIB(*ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS) for the SAVLIB command.
-- Specify SAVLIB(*ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS) for the RSTLIB command.
