Cause . . . . . : A value must be specified for the outfile (OUTFILE) parameter if a value of *OUTFILE is specified for the output (OUTPUT) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify OUTFILE(library/database-file-name).
-- Specify OUTPUT(*NONE).
-- Specify OUTPUT(*PRINT).
