Specified STG value not allowed with SAVACT value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : *FREE for storage (STG) parameter cannot be specified when the value for the save active (SAVACT) parameter is specified as *LIB, *SYNCLIB or *SYSDFN.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Change the STG value to *KEEP.
-- Change the SAVACT value to *NO.
