RSTUSRPRF command not allowed for file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File on volume &4 &2 &5 was not restored. The Restore User Profile (RSTUSRPRF) command can only restore files created by the Save Security Data (SAVSECDTA) or the Save System (SAVSYS) command.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Load the correct volume and try the request again.
-- Use the Display Tape (DSPTAP) command specifying DATA(*SAVRST) to display the tape to determine what save command was used to save the objects. Specify the correct restore command to restore the objects.
