Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &1 of type *&2 in library &3 has the system state attribute. The Allow Object Restore (QALWOBJRST) system value has been set to not allow the restore of objects that have the system state attribute.
Recovery . . . : Set the Allow Object Restore (QALWOBJRST) system value to one of the following and try the request again:
-- *ALL to allow the restore of all objects regardless of any security sensitive attributes.
-- *ALWSYSSTT to allow the restore of system state objects.
