SAVACTMSGQ parameter not allowed with SAVACT(*NO).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The save active message queue (SAVACTMSGQ) parameter cannot be specified when the value for the save active (SAVACT) parameter is *NO.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Do not specify the SAVACTMSGQ parameter.
-- Specify SAVACT(*YES or *SYNC).
