The SAVTIME and SAVDATE parameters must be specified together.

Cause . . . . . : You specified the SAVTIME parameter without specifying the SAVDATE parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either specify the SAVDATE parameter or remove the SAVTIME parameter. Then, try the command again.
