VOL and OPTION values not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : VOL(*SAVVOL) and OPTION(*NEW) cannot be used together when RSTLIB is SAVLIB.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the command again:
-- Either change the VOL parameter value to specify which volumes are required or change the VOL parameter to *MOUNTED.
-- Either change the RSTLIB parameter or the SAVLIB parameter.
-- Change the OPTION parameter value to *OLD or *ALL.
