Specified TGTRLS value not allowed with SAVACT value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The TGTRLS value of a previous release cannot be specified when the value for the save active (SAVACT) parameter is specified as *YES or *SYNC.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Change the value for the TGTRLS parameter to *CURRENT.
-- Change the value for the SAVACT parameter to *NO.
