SEQNBR value not allowed with STRLIB value.

Cause . . . . . : A sequence number cannot be specified when a library name is specified for the STRLIB parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Change the value for the SEQNBR parameter to *SEARCH.
-- Do not specify the STRLIB parameter.
