Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The specified user profile is in use by another job. The authority for the user profile cannot be restored at this time.
Recovery . . . : Wait until the user profile is not in use by another job and try the restore authority (RSTAUT) command again for this user profile. The RSTAUT command may be run again for this user profile until the next IPL is performed on this system. After the next IPL, you will first need to run the restore user profile (RSTUSRPRF) command for this user profile before you can run the RSTAUT command for this user profile.
