Cause . . . . . : Auxiliary storage pool (ASP) device &2 is not in the correct state for the save or restore operation.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify objects on a different ASP device.
-- Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to change the status of the ASP Device.
