Session start request failed for conversation &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system cannot complete the request to establish a session for conversation &1 because the advanced program-to-program communications (APPC) device description &8 with a remote location of &6, a local location of &5, and a remote network identifier of &7, could not be varied on. The device can not be automatically varied on by advanced peer-to-peer networking (APPN) support because it is configured as a dependent logical unit (LU).
Recovery . . . : Verify that the combination of remote location, local location, and remote network identifier used for the session establishment request by your program is correct. If the device is configured as a dependent LU, vary on the device using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command. Then try the request again.
